Who we are
The data controller is U&S Consult BV, a company registered in Belgium (KBO/BCE 0824.974.904), with its office in Antwerp, Belgium. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact contact@usconsult.be.
What we collect and why
When you submit the contact form we process the data you provide: your name, organisation, email address, and the details of your enquiry (optionally the project type and timeline you select). The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We use this data solely to reply to you and to assess a possible engagement.
Who processes it
The website is served through Cloudflare, Inc., which also processes contact-form submissions on our behalf (spam verification via Cloudflare Turnstile and email delivery via Cloudflare Email Routing). Cloudflare acts as a processor under our instructions. No data is sold or shared for advertising. We use no analytics or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We retain contact-form submissions for up to two years from the date of your enquiry, after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required to manage an active engagement or to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email contact@usconsult.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
